1. Do you take reservation?

Sorry we do not take reservation.

2. How many seats do you have?

Currently we have no dining in available.  We offer curbside pickup and delivery via our delivery partners.  Please refer to our Home page on our website for the list.

3. Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes we do.  We offer physical cards and E-cards in person or online.  Please contact us for details.

4. Do you do catering?

We work with Forkable.com for corporate lunches.  For other catering needs, please send us a message and we can discuss further with you.

5. Any Gluten Free options?

Yes, we can make all our bowls gluten free.  Please let us know before placing the order.  If you order online and you don’t see gluten free option, please make a remark at the “Note” section.

6. Do you only sell raw seafood?

No, we have both raw and cooked seafood on our menu for your selection.

7. How long can I keep the bowl without refrigeration?

We recommend within an hour at room temperature.

8. Is your salmon wild caught or farm raised?  Where are they from?

Our Salmon is farm raised mainly from Faroe Islands, Denmark and Scotland.

9. What type of salad you use?

Our No. 1 choice is this European-style blend of 14 salad greens including lolla rosa, red and green leaf and oak lettuces.  They’ve combined an array of fully mature petite whole leaves that have the same flavor profile of European lettuce varieties.  Our second choice is usually Spring Mix, Arugula or whatever is fresh on the market.
