Care
The same regulars come in every week. We learn their orders. We notice when they're missing. Caring about the person across the counter is the whole job — the bowl is downstream of that.
Time
We don't run a revolving door. The team has been here for years on purpose. If you want a place to stay for a while and grow, that's exactly what we're offering. We're a poor fit for a 6-month resume bullet.
